摘要
采用不同浓度的ABA处理低温胁迫下番茄幼苗期和开花期的植株 ,测定低温胁迫下的各项生理生化指标。结果表明 15 0 μg·g-1ABA处理 ,幼苗期植株叶绿素含量增加 36 5 % ,开花期增加 2 1 6 % ;SOD、POD酶活性幼苗期分别增加 2 7 3 %、 2 4 3% ;开花期分别增加 30 9%、 13 5 % ;可溶性糖含量幼苗期增加 93 6 % ,开花期增加 5 1 7% ;Pro含量幼苗期增加 16 2 5 % ;开花期增加 2 7 3 %。植株的抗冷性提高 ,综合评价效果好 ;5 0~ 10 0 μg·g-1处理对番茄抗冷性有一定的作用 ;另外 ,外源ABA处理在品种上有差异 。
The results of spray application of 50,100,150 μg·g -1 with different concentrations of ABA to tomato seedings and florescences under low temperature stress showed that 150μg·g -1 of ABA not only raised the content of chlorophyll by an average of 365%,216% during seedling and flowering phase,but also increased the activity of SOD,POD by average of 273%,243% during seedling phase,309%,135% during flowering phase,respectivelyt the same time,the contents of the soluble sugar and Pro also were raisedThe treated tomato exhibited high chilling-resistance with better comprehensive appreciationThe 50~100μg·g-1 ABA of comprehensive appreciation had a certain effect on raising the chilling-resistance in tomatoIn addition,the effect of exogenous ABA on varieties with high chill-resistance were apparent
