摘要
通过对山葡萄果实不同采收期的浆果百粒重、品质及酿造后酒质的分析 ,结果表明 ,山葡萄进入 9月份成熟度提高速度加快 ,果实的总糖、色素、游离氨基酸、维生素C含量均呈上升趋势 ;滴定酸、单宁含量均呈下降趋势。酿酒试验结果也证实 ,越到后期采收 ,成熟度越高 ,酒质越好。但是 ,“双优”和“左山一”晚采百粒重下降。因此 ,为了达到质与量的统一 ,获得更高经济效益 ,“双优”的适宜采收期为 9月 16日~ 9月 2 1日 (盛花后 10 0~ 15 0d) ,“左山一”的适宜采收期为 9月 11日~ 9月 16日 (盛花后 95~ 10 0d)。
Effects of harvest time on yield and quality of Vitis amurentis ( Vitis Amurensis Rupr.)were studied The results indicate that the maturity of grape increased fast in September,the contents of total sugar,pigment,free amino and Vitamin C increased continually;on the contrary,acid and tannin decreased Based on the results,the later the harvest time,the better the alcohol quality;but the later the harvest time ,the less the yield In order to gain high quality and high economic benefit ,the optimum harvest time of “Shuangyou”cultivar is from 16th to 21th in September (100-105 days fater full bloom),and “Zuoshanyi” is from 11th to 16th in September (95-100 days after full bloom)
