摘要
目的:建立一个简便快捷检验微生态制品保护效能的动物模型。方法:用氨苄西林钠8.4 g/kg灌喂小鼠,每天3次连续2d,造成小鼠肠道菌群Ⅲ度失调。随即再用氨苄西林钠12.5 g/kg继续灌喂,每天1次连续6d;同时试验组加喂双歧杆菌7×106个/只,亦每天1次(均在抗生素灌喂后8 h以上进行)连续给予12d。用粪便涂片革兰氏染色,显微镜下细菌计数的办法判断肠道菌群失调的情况以及双歧杆菌的保护效能。结果:造成小鼠肠道菌群Ⅲ度失调持续发生7 d,同时灌喂双歧杆菌者此期间肠菌群失调由Ⅲ度变为Ⅰ度。结论:用氨苄西林钠灌喂的办法成功地制作肠道菌群Ⅲ度失调的动物模型,该模型可有效地检验微生态制品保护效能,方法简便快捷。
