摘要
目的：通过风湿性心脏病三尖瓣成形术后心脏彩色多普勒超声检查与临床心功能检查，了解三尖瓣成形术的远期效果。方法：回顾性总结本院1993年2月至1999年12月风湿性心脏病二尖瓣及二尖瓣、主动脉瓣置换同时行三尖瓣成形术82例术后心脏彩色超声多普勒检查结果。结果：66例三尖瓣成形术后心脏超声检查三尖瓣无或仅有少量反流，临床恢复满意；16例心脏超声检查有中等．量以上的反流，临床恢复较差，其中1例因大量反流再行三尖瓣置换术。结论：风湿性心脏病二尖瓣、主动脉置换同时行三尖瓣成形术有利于患者围术期恢复，其远期效果令人满意。
The study was to review the lon gterm outcome of tricuspid valvuloplasty(TVP) Method:From Feb1993 to Dec1999,116 patients with rheumatic heart disease were treated with MVR or BVR and TVP in our hospitalAfter opera tions,82 patients were given echocardiography Rusults:Echocardiography revealed no or mild tricuspid valve regurgitation in 66 patients,and moderate or severe tricuspid valve regurgitatio n in 16One patient with severe tricuspid valve regurgitation was treated with TVR 6 months later Conclusion:Patients with rheumatic heart disease could be trea ted with TVP when they were treated with MVR or AVRIt has great clinical impor tance in the improvement of postoperative heart function
