摘要
研究了甲烷、乙烷混合气 (乙烷含量 4 1 % )中 ,乙烷对活性炭吸附存储能力的影响。结果表明乙烷的影响很显著。在 2 5℃、充气压力 3 5MPa、放气压力 0 1MPa条件下 ,经 5 0个充放气循环后有效存储能力下降了 2 5 % ,但常温常压下用氮气吹扫可使吸附剂完全再生。
The impact of minor ethane on the storage capacity of activated carbon was experimentally studied.The simulated natural gas was composed of methane and ethane.The concentration of ethane was 4 1 vol%.The effective storage capacity of activated carbon at 25℃ and 3 5MPa decreased 25% after 50 charge/discharge cycles because of cumulation of ethane in carbon.However, the ethane contaminated adsorbent could be completely regenerated simply by purging the carbon bed with nitrogen at ambient temperature and pressure.
