摘要
采用间歇反应釜对碳酸丙烯酯与甲醇反应合成碳酸二甲酯的催化剂进行了评选 ,优选了反应温度、原料配比、催化剂浓度及搅拌转速等工艺条件的适宜范围。研究结果表明 ,最佳催化剂为ND6和ND7,其适宜浓度为 8%~ 1 0 %(mass) ,搅拌转速为 30 0rpm ,原料配比n(MeOH)∶n(PC) =4∶1 ,反应温度为 6 0 -80℃。
The catalysts used for the synthesis of dimethyl carbonate with propylene carbonate and methanol in an autoclave are investigated.The reaction temperature,ratio of the feeds,concentration of the catalyst and rotational speed of the stirrer and other appropriate reaction conditions are optimized.The obtained result shows that ND6 and ND7 exhibit the highest catalytic activity and their suitable concentrations are 8% 10%(mass),rotational speed is 300rpm,the ratio of methanol to propylene carbonate is 4:1,and the reaction temperature is 60 80℃.
