摘要
对炼厂干气中乙烷氧化裂解制乙烯的反应条件和反应管结构参数进行了系统考察 ,结果表明 :随反应温度增加 ,乙烷转化率逐渐增加 ,乙烯选择性则随温度先增加后下降 ,75 0℃达到最大值。最适宜的反应条件为 :温度 80 0℃ ,原料气配比约为V(炼厂干气 ) /V(O2 ) =6 5 ;原料气停留时间为 3 1s;原料气中的乙烯含量应控制在 1 %以内。适当控制反应条件 ,可使 80 0℃时的乙烷转化率、乙烯选择性和乙烯收率分别达到 86 8%、6 2 5 %和 5 4 3%。
Reaction conditions and structure parameters of reactor for oxidative cracking of ethane to ethylene in FCC tail gas have been investigated in this report.The results show that with increasing the temperature,the conversion of ethane increases and the selectivity to ethylene increases first and decreases then(750℃) The suitable reaction conditions are:800℃, V (FCC Tail Gas)/ V (O 2)=6 5,48ml/min,less than 1% ethylene in feed gas.Under proper conditions,86 8% ethane conversion,62 5% ethylene selectivity and 54 3% ethylene yield could be achieved at 800℃.
