摘要
在 [Rh(CH3COO) 2 ]2 Ph3PO催化体系中 ,对混合C8烯烃氢甲酰化反应条件的影响进行了研究。在本实验条件下 ,较适宜的反应温度为 1 2 0 -1 40℃ ,iso C9醛的收率随着反应压力和反应时间的增加而增大。在混合辛烯 30ml、催化剂浓度为 1 2 9× 1 0 -6 、n(P) /n(Rh) =46、反应温度为 1 2 0℃、反应压力为 1 0 0MPa、反应 1 5 0min的条件下 ,iso C9醛的收率达到 85 %。此外 ,对催化体系中添加水量的影响进行了考察 ,添加适量的水有利于醛的生成。
The effect of reaction conditions on the hydroformylation of mixed octenes has been studied in the [Rh(CH 3COO) 2] 2 Ph 3PO catalysis system. The results indicated that optimum reaction temperature zone was 120-140℃, and that the increment of pressure and reaction time induced the growth of iso C 9 aldehydes at our experimental conditions. For this catalysis reaction system with 30ml mixed C 8 olefins, 129×10 -6 of catalyst concentration, and 46 of P/Rh ratio, the yield of iso C 9 aldehydes was 85% at 120℃,10.0MPa, 150min. In addition, the effect of water was investigated and proper amount of water added to the catalysis system was also favorable to the formation of iso C 9 aldehydes. [WT5”HZ]
