摘要
分别实验测定了少量丙烷与少量丁烷对活性炭上天然气吸附存储能力的影响 ,并探讨了吸附剂的再生方法。甲烷中若含有 2 %丙烷 ,在 2 5℃、充气压力 3 5MPa、放气压力 0 1MPa条件下 ,经 35个充放气循环后有效存储能力下降了 2 7% ;若含有 1%的丁烷 ,则在同样条件下 ,经 30个充放气循环后有效存储能力下降了 2 6 %。并且常温下吸附剂都很难再生。 90 - 130℃条件下以氮气吹扫可以有效地脱除吸附的丙烷 ;但脱除吸附丁烷则需在 15 0 - 190℃温度下吹扫。
The impact of minor propane and butane on the storage capacity of activated carbon was experimentally studied The plausible regeneration method of the contaminate adsorbent was also investigated The mixture of methane with propane or butane was used to simulate natural gas The composition of the mixture was 2 0 vol% propane and 1 0 vol% butane respectively The charging and discharging pressure was 3 5 and 0 1MPa respectively The effective storage capacity of activated carbon at 25℃ decreased 27% after 35 charge-discharge cycles if the mixture contains 2% propane It decreased 26% after 30 cycles if the mixture contains 1% butane The contaminated adsorbents,either by propane of butane,were difficult to regenerate at ambient tempertature However,the activated carbon could be completely regenerate with purging nitrogen at elevated temperature:90-130℃ for propane contaminated,and 150-190℃ for butane contaminated respectively
