摘要
本文应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电聚焦(IEF)电泳首次对绵羊、牦牛棘球蚴囊液的蛋白质、糖、脂及酯酶同功酶进行了初步分析。结果表明,用考马斯亮蓝R-250染蛋白质分别显示38及36条带;用RAS染糖,分别显示19及22条带;用Nile's蓝染脂,均显示7条带;用坚固蓝染酯酶同功酶,分别显示20及10条带。两者上述几项生化指标的差异是宿主特性不同的一个反映。本项研究为进一步阐明绵羊、牦牛棘球蚴囊液的生化特性积累了资料。
The protein, sugar, lipid and esterase isoenzymes in Echincoccus hydatid fluids from sheep and yaks were preliminarily analyzed using polyacrylamide gel isoelectro-focusing electrophoresis first. The result revealed there were 38 and 36 bands respectively on the plate staining protein with Coomassie brilliant blue R-250; 19 and 22 bands showed respectively when the sugar was stained with PAS; 7 bands all appeared using Nile's blue for staining lipids; 20 and 10 bands showed respectively using fast blue for staining esterase isoenzymes.
