摘要 利用NLFK细胞增殖培养MEV-S_1株病毒,无论静置培养或转瓶培养均可在接毒后72~96小时产生50%~75%CPE时收毒,对50%CPE的培养瓶在换液后继续培养至120~148小时时可收2次毒。然而,转瓶培养毒液的HA价要比静置培养的高。利用NLFK细胞增殖的MEV-S_1株毒制备的BEI灭活苗,对动物安全,免疫水貂30~60天后血清HI抗体滴度增加1~8个滴度,油乳剂苗增长的幅度更大,最高HI抗体价可达2^(10)以上。同时对NLFK细胞在MEV-S_1株增殖培养上的优点作了评论。 When the strain S1 of mink enteritis virus (MEV-S1) was reproduced inoculating NLFK eell line,CPE of 50 to 75% the cells appeared 72 to 96 hours after inoculation by both static culture and rotating culture, and then the viruses were harvested for the first time. If the 50% CPE cells were continuously cultured for 48 to 52 hours after a change of the culture- fluid, the viruses were harvested for the second time. That minks were inoculated using the BEI-inactivated cell culture vaccine was safe, and serum. HI antibody in the inoculated minks was increased by 1 to 8 litres 30 to 60 days after vaccination. If minks are inoculated the 'water-in-oil emulsion vaccine, the highest HI antibody value will be more than 210.
