摘要
探讨和论述了DZW4 2 0 7/ 95 / 70 AⅡ型热水锅炉在利用有限元计算时模型的简化与分析 ,并利用弹塑性结构分析程序 ,对该型号锅炉进行了有限元弹塑性分析 ,给出了管板上各烟管的受力分析 ,并提出了改进意见 ,为该型号锅炉结构的合理设计提供了较为可靠的理论依据 .
The simplification and analysis of the model of the boiler are discussed and stated by using the finit element method for DZW4 2?0 7/95/70?AⅡ type?hot water boiler.At the same time,an elastic?plastic analysis by the finit element method and by the program of the elastic?plastic structure is carried out for the boiler.The analysis of the stress of the smoke tube and the reforming suggestion are provided in the issue.Therefore,the theoretical ground is suggested for the reasonable design of the boiler structure.
