摘要
共超排了22头初情期前青年母猪,平均每头排卵24.72个。从输卵管 内取得257枚早期胚胎,选择出159枚1细胞和2细胞胚胎进行离心和注射。离心后有155枚(83.78%,155/185)可以清楚地见到原核。174枚胚胎注射外源基因后,移植给7头受体猪,结果有5头妊娠(71.43%,5/7),其中有2头流产,3头共产仔23头。所产仔猪中,死胎4头,木乃伊10头,活仔9头。
22 young pigs in pre-initial estrus were made to superovalate with averaging 24.72 ova per animal. 257 early embryos were gained from the oviducts, from which 157 one-cell and two-cell embryos were selected and were used for centrifugation and microinjection. After centrifugation the pronucleus of 155 one-cell and two-cell embryos (83.78%, 155/185) were clearly seen. 174 embryos microinjected exogenous genes were transplanted into 7 recipient sows, five of which were pregnant (71.43%, 5/7), out of which 2 pigs aborted and 3 pigs bore 23 piglings, of which 4 heads were dead fetus, 10 mummified fetus and 9 alive.
