摘要
某烧结厂 1号翻车机在使用较短时间后 ,导轨表面出现点蚀和堆边现象 ,严重影响正常生产 .针对这一问题 ,对导轨表面塑性变形进行了实测和有限元分析 ,从而找出了故障原因并提出了改进措施 .
In one sintering plant,its No.1 wagon tipper's track surface occurred corrosive pitting and stacking only after short application,and this effect the normal production seriously.In order to diagnose the plastic deformation of the track surface,we made test and FEM analysis to it,found the reason of failure,and put out improving measure.
