This article expounds the value of rational quality through the analysis of its sturcture,and puts forward that the two most important links of developing rational quality are the enhancement of study and the importance of pratice.It further expounds that it is necessary to strenghen peoples' creative thinking as the prominent incarnation of rational quality.
