摘要
从创新性成果的基本特点出发 ,通过对科技论文若干实例创新点的剖析 ,提出了科技论文创新性判断的方法 .方法的简单概括是 :分项寻找创新点 ,按创新性大小赋分 ,综合比较 .应用这一方法 ,对指导科技期刊编辑的选题。
Based on the essential features of innovative achievement,the judging method of innovation for scientific and technological papers and some innovative examples are proposed.Summarizing the judging method is as follow.Seek innovative points in different ways and give them marks and comparisions.The method can be used availably not only in selecting topic and soliciting contributions,but also in directing the innovation of scientific and technological journal.
