摘要
利用ANSYS程序计算了结晶器铜管的菱形变形 ,分析了结晶器的热应力 ,研究了连铸方坯脱方的原因 ,为采取防止脱方措施 。
The rhombic deformation of mould's copper tubes is calculated by ANSYS program,the thermal stress in a mould is analyzed and the reason of off_squareness of continuous casting billet is investigated.All this provides basis for extending mould's service life by preventing a mould form off_squareness.
