阐述了社会保障制度在市场经济建立和发展中的重要作用 ,提出了我国社会保障制度改革中应注意解决的几个问题 ,如建构公平合理的社会保障体系 ,在社会保险基金筹集方式上作出长远规划 ,制定社会保障的基本法律 。

The important role of the society security system in the market economics establishment and development is elaborated,and some problems that should be sloved in the national society security system reform is proposed such as establishing a justice and reasonable society security system,making a long_range plan in society insurance fund raised way and basical society security laws,and improving society security judicuture system.
