The paper analyses a household heat metering system of the residential buildings with hot water central heating from the point of view of saving energy,improving heating qualtiy and management level,compares the hot water heating plus metering with the gas_fired heating in a household with a boiler in economy and technology,and points out that it is a more suitable heating way in the residential buildings.
