全封闭式饲养仔猪缺铁性贫血病的临床病理学研究 被引量:6

摘要 以铝合金全封闭式猪舍饲养的月龄杂交仔猪发生典型缺铁性贫血病。29窝209头仔猪发病率为90.9%,致死率为68.42%。病猪呈现典型贫血症状。血色素含量<30g/L,红细胞总数下降至1.65×10^(12)/L。尸检可见贫血、黄疸、水肿变化。组织学检查,肝小叶中心坏死,红骨髓红细胞系增生,脾、肝、淋巴结呈现髓外造血现象。肝、脾中铁的含量仅为正常的3.32%及11.72%,铜、钴含量接近正常。治愈及亚临床康复猪双月龄体重较正常低38.81%,饲料消耗增加29.13%。 Of 209 piglings from 29 litter, 190(90.90%) were nosogenic and 130(68.42%) were died. The typical clini symptoms were anemia, hemoglobin 30g/L, erythrocyte 1.65×1012/L. The ptoma showed anemia, juundice, edema, and red bone marrow erythrocytic series hyperplasia. The iron content in liver and spleen is decreased. The cause of disease is that the iron nutrition lacking in foodstuff.
