论学校德育矛盾

摘要 在经济发展现代化、人们价值观念多元化的今天 ,学校德育表现较为典型和突出的三大矛盾是 :一、学校德育守成与社会文化变迁的矛盾 ;二、学校德育价值整合趋势与多元文化的开放格局定位的矛盾 ;三、学校德育的他律特质与个性发展的自律倾向的矛盾。我们只有正视矛盾 ,积极寻找问题的切入点 ,树立正确的学校德育观 。 At the present day of the modernization of economic development and the pluralistic concept of value, there are three typical and outstanding contradictions of moral education in school. First, contradiction between conservativeness in moral education and changes of social culture; second, contradiction between the integrative value orientation of moral education and the open pattern orientation of pluralistic culture; third, contradiction between the characteristic of other-discipline in moral education and the self-discipline tendency in individual development. We have to face up to these contradictions and work hard to find solutions to them. Only if we establish correct concept of moral education in school, we could promote it.
