在知识经济时代 ,劳动者的智力因素和科学技术知识将成为生产力发展、经济发展乃至整个社会发展的决定性因素。这一事实不与唯物史观关于直接物质生活资料的生产是全部历史的基础这一基本原理相悖 ,也不会动摇社会存在的客观性 ;这一事实要求我们应辩证地理解作为精神因素的劳动者的智力因素和科学技术知识的属性。

The worker's intelligence and the knowledge of and technology will become the crucial factor of the productive forces development,ecnomy development,and even all of the society development,in the peried of Knowledge Economy. This fact isn't in conflict with this essentiell rule of the Historical Materialisom,namely the direct production of material means of livelihood is the foundation of all the human history,and doesn't shake the objectivity of the social existance. This fact requires us to comprehand dialctically the nature of the worker's spiritual factor,namely their intelligence and secience and technology Knowledge.
