新城疫V_4株疫苗的研究——口服、滴鼻与同居感染免疫试验

Studies on V_4 strain vaccine of Newcastle disease: Oral administration, nasal drip and cohabitation infective immune test

本试验用V_4株、V_4株和克隆-30株联合苗对高母源抗体的雏鸡进行了 口服、滴鼻与同居感染免疫试验。结果口服或滴鼻免疫后一周即可产生坚强的免疫力,并可持续到第9周。同居感染鸡分别与口服、滴鼻免疫鸡在同一隔离器中饲养,同居后3周血清HI抗体效价开始上升,与免疫鸡抗体水平无明显差异,并具有同免疫鸡一样的保护力。

Chicks of highly maternal antibody were tested with vaccines of V4 strain and V4 clone-30 strain by oral administration,nasal drip and cohabitation.The oral administration and nasal drip one week after,the results showed that the chicks produced strong immunity and persisted to ninth week. Cohabitation infective chicks and oral administration, nasal drip infective chicks were fed in same isolator.The serum HI antibody titer begin with rising as cohabitated 3 weeks. Antibody level of unimmune chicks haven't obvious difference, and which have same protective as immune chicks.
