摘要
用12只青紫兰兔人工接种兔出血症病毒(RHDV),并于接种前、高温期及频死期分别进行红细胞数、血红蛋白、红细胞压积、红细胞平均容积(MCV),红细胞平均血红蛋白(MCH),红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)的测定,结果表明接种RHDV后的病兔呈现明显的高渗性脱水。
Twelve black-purple-blue rabbits were vaccinated with RHDV artificialy. Before the vaccination at hyperthermy and postmortem reriods, the red cell count, hemoglobin, packed cell volume, MCV, MCH and MCHC vere determined. The result showed that the rabbits showed obvious hyperosmotic dehydration.
