正己烷、正辛烷在ZSM—5分子筛催化剂上的芳构化 被引量:1

摘要 本文介绍了ZSM—5分子筛催化剂对nC_6~0、nC_8~0 烃类芳构化的催化效应及反应条件对反应结果的影响。并在催化剂的活性、芳烃选择性等方面对H—ZSM—5和Pt/H—ZSM—5作了比较。试验结果表明,以铂离子交换的Pt/H—ZSM—5 分子筛催化剂脱氢芳构化性能较好。在反应温度550℃、GHSV—2000时^(-1)及常压、非临氢条件下、转化率为99.98%以上,总芳烃平均选择性为61.5%, The paper deals with the catalytic activity of ZSM-5 zeolite catalysts tothe aromatization of n - hexane and n - octane and the effection of conditionsto reaction results. We have compared H-ZSM - 5 with Pt/H - ZSM - 5 in cata-lytic activity and selectivity of aromatics. The experiment shows that the de-hydrogenation - aromatization characteristic of Pt/H - ZSM - 5 zeolite catalystsis better. At the reaction temperature of 550℃, GHSV 2000 hr^(-1) and hydrogen-free normal pressure, the conversion is over 99.98%, the average selectivity ofaromatics is 61.5%.
