Applications and Supporting Technologies of 3G Services

文章指出了3G业务应用的重要性;分析了两个比较有代表性的业务:一个是被认为最能促进3G业务开展和应用的移动多媒体短消息(MMS),一个是未来3G网络的代表业务流媒体;介绍了中兴通讯WCDMA系统业务平台的开发情况。

The importance of the application of 3G services is briefly discussed. Two typical 3G services, i.e., the mobile multimedia short message service considered as the most attractive service to promote 3G services and the flow media service considered as the representative service of the future 3G network, are analyzed. Finally, the development advance of ZTE′s WCDMA service platform is presented.
