摘要
本文用实验的方法测量了平板对接焊焊接过程的温度分布。分析建立了焊接温度场的有限差分法计算模型,并编制了相应的计算机程序。计算结果与测量结果基本相符,说明用有限差分法研究具有移动热源的焊接平面温度场的正确性,对焊接过程温度变化的了解有较好的整体性。
The temperature distribution in the process of plate welding is measur-ed experimentally and the calculating model of finite difference method forwelding temperature field is analysed and established, and a correspondingcomputer program is worked out in the paper. The calculating values arebasically coincident with measuring values, which represents the reason-ableness of temperature field study in plates welded with moving heat sour-ce by finite difference method. It is comprehensive for knowing temperaturechanges of welding processes.
