耐老化易回收地膜的研究

Study on the Easy-recycled Ageing-resistant Mulch Film

提高地膜的耐老化及回收性一直是近年来人们关心的问题。本文介绍了通过 PE树脂共混改性、优选地膜厚度及光稳定剂,对耐老化易回收地膜进行的科学配方设计的研究。利用本研究结果批量生产的地膜经农田应用试验表明,这种加入少量耐老化助剂,厚度为12μm 的 LLDPE 共混地膜具有良好的力学性能及耐老化性能。使用一季后,膜片保持在1m^2以上,很容易回收。这是解决当前地膜不耐老化,使用后造成农田污染危害的有效途径之一。

By blending PE resins Selecting proper light stabilizers and optimizingfilm thickness we have gotten the scientific formulations for the mulch filmwith good mechanical properties and ageing resistance.The outdoor exposuretests and the agricultural experiments show this kind of 12μm LLDPE blendingmulch film is suitable for mulching and recycling after use.This is one of theavailable ways to resolve the serious problem of field pollution by using ordi-nary mulch film.
