摘要
本文研究了用于摘除眼球患者的生物陶瓷活动义眼座。此义眼座是在以羟基磷灰石为主的生物活性陶瓷材料中,加入适量的造孔剂,经成型、烧制而成的多孔球状物,将其植入因外伤而摘除了眼球的眼眶内,可防止眼睑的凹陷。测试和分析了义眼座的理化性能和微观结构,并对影响其功能的因素进行了初步的探讨。
This paper has studied bioceramic movable artificial eye seat,which may be used for a eyeball-
excised patient. The author has used bioactive ceramic material with main containing hydroxyap-
atite, and added to a paper amount of pore-making agent, and synthesized the porous spherical ma-
tetial after shaped and sintered. When implanted into the eye socket of excised eyeball because of
wound and disease, the material can prevented eyelid's sinking. After tested and analysed physical
properties and microstructures of the artificial eye seat, the author has approached preliminarily in-
fluence upon its function.
