The Aesthetic Education in Physical Education

体育中的审美教育主要是指协调的身体、匀称的体态、有力的、娴熟的、敏捷的优美动作,以及坚毅的性格和高尚的情操。在体育教学中为了更好地对学生进行审美教育,教师要讲究讲解语言美和动作示范美,力求教态美,注意教学方法美和场地器材布置美。

The aesthetic education in physical education is mainly about the coordinate posture, well-proportioned body, strong, fluent, promote and elegant movement, and persistent and nice personality. In order to give students better aesthetic education in the process of teaching, the teachers should pay attention to their way of speaking, acting, and performing, and meanwhile should never ignore the choices of teaching method and the beauty of the appliance in classes.
