摘要
根据教育学的原理,针对高职女生体育课中,学生因体质状况、体育能力的差异,导致“吃不消”与“吃不饱”的两极现象,运用分层次教学进行了实验研究,结果表明:分层次教学满足了不同层次女生体育课中生理、心理需要,促进了学生个性的发展,教与学的质量得到进一步提高。
Due to the differences of their physique and physical competence,some girl college students are unable to catch up with their physi- cal training while some others consider the training far less than sufficient,according to some theories of pedagogy,layered-group is carried out as an experimental teaching.And the result show:layered-group not only satisfies the physical and psycho-logical needs of different lev- els of girl students also helps the development of their personality.Layered-group has promoted the quality of teaching and learning to higher level.
