Perspective of the Nonstandard Action of Share-quoted Companies in China

目前我国上市公司普遍存在着运作不规范的问题 ,这不仅导致部分上市公司经营陷入困境 ,也给整个股票市场发展造成极大的障碍。要维护股票市场稳定健康发展 ,必须规范上市公司行为 ,当前应着重从改善上市公司治理结构、健全上市公司退出机制。

At present, the phenomenon of share-quoted companies not acting to the standard is very common and serious. This has not only made some share-quoted companies fall into dire straits, but also prevented the whole stock market from developing. In order to keep stock market developing steadily and soundly, we must standardize the action of share-quoted companies and focus on the four steps as following: to improve the management structure of share-quoted companies; to perfect the withdrawing mechanism; to found the civil compensative mechanism of stock and to strengthen the administration of stock market according to law.
