李大钊的一生经历了中国法制现代化的主要阶段。本文从中国现代法制观念的确立和深化、民主宪政制度的创设和变革、民主与法制建设的发展方向三个方面,论述了李大钊与中国法制现代化的关系。

Li Dazhao went through the important phase of the legal system modernization of China. Based on the formation and development of the Chinese modern legal idea, the establishment and transformation of the democratic system and the developing orientation of the democracy and legal system construction, this paper discusses the connections of Li Dazhao and the modernization of the Chinese legal system.
