摘要
从体育教学的角度 ,对学生运动归因方式与体育活动情感障碍的关系做了多维分析考察 ,提出了通过归因训练提高学生自我效能水平 ,克服体育活动情感障碍 。
From the physical education point of view, this article analyzed the relationship between sport attribution style and the exercise attitude of students by several aspects and by several levels.This article pointed out that attribution training can improve the self efficacy of students,and can make students overcome the erhotional ihhibition in physical activity,which will help students to form the positive attitude of PE.
