中学体育教师能力评价方案的研究

Evaluation scheme of middle school PE teacher abilities

运用文献研究、问卷调查、模糊综合评判等方法 ,结合我国现状 ,对中学体育教师的教学能力、业余训练能力 ,教学研究能力、组织管理能力、社会活动能力的评价方案进行研究 ,旨在深化高校体育专业教育的教学改革 ,为新世纪培养高素质的体育人才。

Combined with the present situation in our country, this paper is concerned with the research on the evaluation scheme of P.E. teachers in middle schools by means of documents study, poll investigation, fuzzy comprehensive judgement etc. The aim of the scheme is to deepen P.E. specialized learning reform in colleges and universities, and to cultivate high quality athletic talents in 21st century.
