在分析对“体质”与“健康”概念的不同观点的基础上 ,从其内涵出发 ,揭示其本质 ,指出 :“体质”概念中不应包含心理因素、“健康”概念过于理想化等问题 ,并进而论述了二者之间的相互关系 ,旨在澄清认识 。

Based on different ideas of 'constitution' and 'health', the writer reveals their natures from their connotation and points out that 'constitution' should not include psychdogical factors and 'health' is too idealized. Further more, this article discusses their relations in order to clarify people's understandings and to instruct their livings properly.
