甜菜根形及经济性状的遗传分析

Genetic Analysis on Root Morphology and Economical Character of Sugarbeet

用4个甜菜品系完全双列杂交对根形及经济性状进行了遗传效应和杂种优势分析。结果表明,除含糖率外,其它5个性状均符合加性—显性模型。根产量的显性方差远远大于加性方差,含糖率以加性效应为主,显性效应也起重要作用,其显性方向指向增效。产糖量加性效应与显性效应同样重要。根体最大周长(C)、C/L均以显性效应为主;根体长(L)以加性效应为主,其中,显性效应起增值作用。经济性状平均杂种优势为,产糖量>根产量>含糖率,根形性状的平均优势较小。本文还对根形、经济性状间的相关作了分析。

A complete diallel cross with four sugarbect lines, the genetic effect and hcterosis of sugarbcct root morphology and economical characters has been analysed in this paper. The results have indicated that other five characters accord with additive dominance model, except sugar content. Root yield had large dominance variances (H1, H2) than its additive variances (D) , and it shown that root yield is controlled by dominance genes. Additive effect played a more important role than dominance effect for sugar content, and dominance genes of sugar content shown positive effect. Additive effect was as important as dominance effect for sugar yield. Root length (L) had large additive effect than its dominance effect, and dominance genes of root length shown positive effect. Dominance effect played a more important role than additive effect in largest root circumference (C) and C/L. The average hcterosis of economic characters showed sugar yield root yield sugar content. The average hcterosis of root morphology arc less. Correlation analysis of morphology and economic characters also has been done in this paper.
