摘要
用不同浓度的三碘苯甲酸(TIBA)、矮壮素(CCC)、B_9、多效唑(PP_(333))4种生长延缓剂对甜菜离体植株增殖和保存的效应进行了对比研究。结果表明,TIBA、B_9和CCC对甜菜试管苗生长均无明显抑制作用,不宜用于甜菜种质的试管常温保存;而PP_(333)则能使试管苗叶柄极度缩短,叶片缩小、增厚,叶色加深,生长速度显著降低,且处理后试管苗恢复生长快,残效抑制作用弱,4ppm的PP_(333)用于室温长期保存,可使试管苗转管间隔时间由1个月延至5个月。
A comparative study was carried out for the effects of TIBA, CCC, B9 and PP333 on the multiplication and the conservation of sugarbeet plantlets in vitro. The results are showed that TIBA, CCC and B9 could not reduce effectively the growing rate of sugarbeet plantlets in test tube and they are not suitable to use in the sugarbeet germplasm conservation in vitro for long-term at room temperature. However, the suitable concentration of PP333 could shorten greatly the length of stipes, deepen the colour, increase the thicknees and reduce the area of leaves of sugarbeet plantlets in test tube. The growing rate could be reduced remarkable but it could be recovered rapidly after treatement with PP333 . The interval time transforming the medium could be prolonged from one month to five month by using of 4 ppm PP333.
