摘要 The neural network with multi hierarchic structure is provided in this paper to evaluate sustainable development of the coal mines based on analyzing its effect factors. The whole evaluating system is composed of 5 neural networks.The feasibility of this method has been proved by case study. This study will provide a scientfic and theoretic foundation for evaluating the sustainable development of coal mines.
