机车车辆与轨道垂向相互作用的计算机仿真研究 被引量:25

摘要 应用轮轨系统耦合动力学原理,采用计真机数值仿真方法,本文对机车车辆与轨道之间的垂向相互动态作用进行了详细的研究。通过轮轨系统的因果分析和整车—轨道仿真模型的构造,并选用高效仿真算法和本研究中开发的机车车辆与轨道垂向动态相互作用仿真系统VICT,在普通386微机上成功地实现了数值仿真。VICT系统可以针对各种垂向激扰,对轮轨系统的动态响应进行仿真分析,因而可以将其应用于轮轨垂向相互作用评价、新车/新轨垂向动力学性能预测以及高速和重载轮轨系统动态设计优化等方面,并具有较强的实用性和较大的经济性。 Based on the theory of wheel/rail coupling dynamics, the vertical dynamic interactions between track and railway locomotives/vehicles are studied by means of computer simulation technique. In the paper, a detailed vehicle-track model is established based on the investigation of the causalties of wheel/rail interactions. Then a simulation system, named VICT, is designed to simulate the dynamic responses of wheel/rail system due to various vertical excitations on common 380 type microcomputers. The VICT system can be used not only to evaluate the vertical interactions between rail and wheels, but also to predict the vertical dynamic characteristics of new cars and/or new track. Futhermore, it can he used to optimize the wheel/rail system parameters for example, high speed as well as heavy haul railway system.
