摘要
本文系统地论述了广深线160km/h准高速客车大功率盘形制动装置的各项关键技术的研究与试验,包括制动盘与闸片的结构与材质,制动盘耐热裂性能的计算机仿真研究及实物验证试验;制动盘通风散热性能研究;盘形制动的摩擦—磨损性能研究。最后在环行线进行了准高速客车单车溜放制动试验。研究试验的结果表明,所研究的H300/5445型大功率盘形制动装置能良好地满足准高速客车制动性能的要求,160km/h初速单车紧急制动距离在991.9~1102.6m之间,平均减速度在0.91~0.99m/s^2之间,离散性小,能可靠有效地工作。
In the paper, the characterastics of heavy duty disc brake for 160km/h passenger coaches on Canton-Shenzhen were systematically described. The research work on disc brake included the following items: construction of and materials for the disc and pad; computer calculation and verification test on dynamometer for disc thermal crack; disc ventilation; friction-wear characterastics, etc. A single coach emergency brake test on test loop track was also conducted. The results of study indicated that the H300/5445 type disc brake can well satisfy the braking requirments at 160kin/h, with emergency braking distance at initial speed of 160km/h from 991.9m to 1102.6m, and average decelerations from 0.91m/s^2 to 0.99m/s^2. The data divergence is very small, promising reliable working of the heavy duty disc brake.
