本文主要从货币政策、货币危机和资本管制等与现行汇率政策的关系着手,深入分析了我国现行汇率政策的弊端,认为必须及时地改革,而改革的首要选择是浮动汇率制。

Starting from the relation between t he present exchange rate policy on th e one hand and the monetary policy,cu rren-cy crisis,capital control and so on on the other,the present paper has made a profoun d analysis of the drawbacks of the exchange rate policy in China.The author thinks it is high time to re form the present exchange rate polic y and the chief choice of the reform is f loating exchange rate system.
