摘要
轴重从21t提高到25t后,在1050m站线长内可提高运能19.7%,为了减轻大轴重对线路的损伤,需发展低动力作用货车转向架。根据我国国情,发展低动力作用货车转向架以三大件式作为优先试制方案。方案中采用了侧架交叉支撑杆,空、重车两级刚度弹簧,变摩擦斜楔减振器、弹性旁承、大挠度橡胶承载鞍、空心车轴、深盆形辐板新形整体铸钢车轮和悬挂参数优化匹配等措施和方法。经过计算分析和试验,得出25t轴重的转向架的动力学性能可以达到不大于23t轴重的水平,方案中的空心车轴,深盆形辐板新型整体铸钢车轮我国已研制成功。因此我国自行研制低动力作用的25t轴重货车转向架是可以实现的。
With the axle load increasing from 21t to 25t, the traffic capacity will increase by 19.7% under the condition of 1050m station track length. It is necessary to develop low track force freight bogie to decrease the damage caused by high axle load to the track. Basedc on domestic conditions, a 3-piece design is selected as the priority design for trial production. The design features a cross-braced frame,two-step holster springs, variable friction snubbers, elastic side bearings, soft rubber axle bearing adapters, hollow axles, deep basin plate cast steel wheels, and optimized suspension parameters, Calculation and test have shown that the dynamic performance of the 25t axle load low track force bogie can be kept at the same level as of the 23t axle load bogie. As hollow axle and deep basin plate cast steel wheel have been developed in the country the successful development of the 25t axle load low track force bogie can be expected.
