摘要
本报告较系统地研究了作者早期所发现的金属材料的过早“pop-in”现象。试验结果表明,该现象出现的机率P=16.049 98-0.200 29144K_(Q1)+0.000 633 58K_(Q1)~2(当K_(Q1)<49.IMPa。m^(1/2))和lgP=12.595 14-6.031 1291gK_(Q1)(当K_(Q1)≥49.1MPa·m^(1/2));K_(Q1)=ασ_NW-a^(1/2);该现象是由成分偏析引起的,并且与比值o"N/O'o,2有关。
In this paper, the premature 'pop-in' phenomenon observed by the author is investigated, Test results show that the probability is P=16.049 98-0.200 291 4K_(Q1)+0.000 633 58K_(Q1)~2 (K_(Q1)<49.1 MPa·m^(1/2)) and lg P=12.595 14-6.031 129 lg (K_(Q1)≥49.1MPa·m^(1/2)), K_(Q1)=ασ_N (W-a)^(1/2); the phenomenon is caused by the segregation of elements and it is ralated to σ_N/σ_(0.2).
