摘要
我国对铁路高速技术的跟踪与研讨已有多年,在“七五”、“八五”期间,对提高旅客列车运行速度问题,国家和铁道部都给予了充分的重视。广深准高速铁路的建设和技术攻关工作已全面展开,计划1994年建成通车,为进一步发展高速铁路将提供大量经验。我国高速铁路起步方案已经多次论证研讨,京沪线作为首选线路,可从根本上解决京沪间运量与运能的矛盾。本文综述了我国发展高速铁路的必然趋势、前期准备工作及起步方案。
The development of high-speed railway has become an inexorable trend in China to match the growth of national economy as it has become a thing that goes without saying in other railroads in the world. China has spent many years tracing and discussing the developments in this field. During the 7th and 8th Five-Year Periods,the issue of increasing the speed of passenger trains has gained due attention at the State and MOR levels. Guangzhou-Shenzhen quasi-high-speed line is under full construction and the key technical problems are being tackled. It is expected to be put into operation in 1994 and will serve as a base case for further stage of high-speed development. The inception program for highspeed railway in China has been thoroughly studied and discussed and Jing-Hu line is chosen as the first alternative to provide a basic solution for the gap between traffic demands and line capacity of this line. This paper expounds the inexorable trend of developin highspeed railway and briefs on the early-stage preparation and inception program.
