摘要
提出了高速线与既有线的几种分工方案;推荐了在高速铁路修建初期和中、远期宜采用的两种合理分工方案;阐述了高速铁路运输组织的基本特点,客流组织与预测,列车运行图的编制与铺画,以及区间通过能力计算等问题。
The paper analyzes several issues in high -speed railway development which are wor- thy of special attention, proposes a few plans of allocating traffic volume on high-speed and existing lines, and recommends two ra- tional such schemes for the initial and, further stages of the construction of high-speed railway. Also stated in this paper are basic features of transport organization on high- speed line, organization and projection of passenger flow, drawing of train working di- agram and calculation of passing capacity be- tween stations.
