摘要
作者在访美期间,参加了电刺激皮肤触觉型盲人视觉替代系统的开发,进一步研究皮肤处理时间和空间信息的能力。我们用装置了16个电极的腰带围在盲人腹部来显示视觉信息。一台带有mouse接口的IBM-AT计算机处理来自数字摄像机的图象。软件用C语言写成。驱动电路提供3个用户可调参数使对盲人刺激最优化。
During author visited the U.S., he took part in developping an electro-cutaneous tactile vision substitution system for the blind to further study the skin's ability to process spatial and temporal information.we use a 16-electrode belt worn against the abdomen to display visual information.The image from a digital camera is processed by an IBM-AT with a mouse interface. The software is written in C language. The drive circuitry provides 3 user adjustable parameters to optimize the stimulation for each blind individual.
