The article states the favorable situation of the present railway development and intro- duces the status quo of the railway transporta- tion in 1992.Also briefed in the paper are the railway transportation plans for 1993 and nec- essary measures being taken.This article also puts forward the accomplishments in the rail- way transportation in the first half of 1993 as well as the implementation plan for the second half of the year.
