摘要
对目前机车修制改革中出现的易混淆概念及机车修制改革的趋势作了论述,并针对我国国情及目前部属机车修制改革工作的进程,提出了具体建议。
The paper provides a description of the trend of reform being taken on the maintenane plan of locomotives. It is also intended to clear up some confusing definition in this regard. Concrete suggestions are put forward on how to carry out.the reform applicable to the Chinese conditions.
