新型高速车床减振降噪的技术对策

摘要 本文综合介绍了一种新型高速、大功率车床基础理论研究结果以及所采取的技术对策。文中所介绍的新技术对改善车床的动态特性、提高切削抗振性能、降低噪声是行之有效的,因而为提高车床的内在质量和促进车床的升级换代开辟了一条新的途径。 This paper summarizes the results of the fundamental theoretical research work of a new-developed high-speed and high-powered lathe as well as the technical measures adopted.The new techniques presented here are effective for improving the dynamic performance, increasing the antivibration ability and reducing the noise level of lathes, thus a new avenue to improving the quality and raising the grade of lathes is opened up.
